I can't believe this thing is still on, it premiered a month after Bush's reelection, for fuck sake. And I say this as a fan who used to watch it religiously and will tune into this season just to see its newest iteration.

These two homos are taking part and I'm already sceptical. I wonder if they'll compete together or separately.

I'm not even going to address the twins in the room, because we all know they're the worst. So glad Yuchen stood up for himself when one of them bullied him. Bitch, he finished ahead of you, why are you even lecturing him?!

Personally, I love the tauter editing so many are complaining about. I spent so much time in the past FF'ing through various portions because they either dragged or were too repetitive, so this is perfect for me. Could have done without the cutesy title cards changing for every bitchy little remark, but whatever.

Law Roach is a lot. Too much, in fact. But still miles better than Elaine.

People are complaining about Heidi's and Nina's new faces. Personally, I don't see much surgery, but I do see Heidi being lit like the sun itself, and then a smoothing filter applied all over the lower portion of her face in post. I studied her forehead as well and noticed she applies a thick layer of reflective cream, to try and reflect as much light as possible. Imagine being this beautiful and still this insecure.

Nina's "new" face. I think it's just the menopause, she seems much the same to me.

Oh, and does every contestant get complimentary veneers now? Literally every one of them has perfect teeth.

Must they ALL be screeching freaks?

I long for the days of Kara Saum and Wendy. Even Austin Scarlett.

Joseph was getting on my last nerve with his "you need to call me JosephMcRae – one word". Bitch, do your branding on your own time. I chuckled every time Heidi referred to him as just Joseph. He also pissed me off with that ridiculous top that barely contained his model's tits and a fucking African headwrap three stories high. She's supposed to go out hiking in that copy of your own outfit, really? How does someone who seems as fit as him not know how women dress for their workout sessions? Does he work out at gay-only gyms or something?

I know many of you miss Tim, but the inconvenient truth is he wasn't the mentor these designers really need because he was himself never a designer. Watch how direct – and ultimately helpful – Christian is when he says he could make something himself in ten minutes. The (relative) youth and being active in the fashion industry also helps. I'll take actual expertise over a generic benevolent presence and the millionth "make it work", sorry not sorry.

Santino was kept on mostly because so many on the production team wanted to fuck him. Which is also how he landed that Drag Race gig, by the way – Ru found him hot and hired him. People forget just how exotic it was to see a confident masc gay man on TV back then, his appeal was undeniable.

True, it's an advantage when your client is 5'10, 122lbs, and wears clothes with star power attitude. That's 3/4 of the battle, but still, it's rare when he gets it wrong for her.

The shrieking, the hugging (these people met each other five minutes ago), the sobbing. Other than three or four normal people, everyone else is so OVER THE TOP, the twins being the worst. They’re obviously auditioning for their own show. It’s all crammed into 50 minutes and seems so choppy.

Besides everything else I hate the way they film the runway show where everything and everyone appears to be in an overly-lit aquarium. As noted above Heidi looks mega lit and stretched to the max and she's now as bitchy as the other judges, very sad.

Oh - and we have to wait until the next episode to find out who won and who's out?? Puh-leeeeze.

Roach needs to be taken down a peg, but I still can't wait for his "I'm not here to look at ugly fucking clothes!" meltdown next episode.

I also hated his cultural appropriation nonsense. He told that Nigerian auntie anecdote, then turned around smugly and asked if anyone on the (non-black) judging panel dared challenge him on that point. And then getting triggered by the kimono as well... Something tells me he didn't like the grandmother excuse, even though the designer clearly has Japanese features.

Kenley was always off balance and in need of meds. Even if she's telling the truth no one really cares because she's so unhinged.

Her crazy ass appeared on two seasons back when the show was good, what the fuck more does she want? Residuals?

Yeah, she for sure has riders in her new contract that cover both AI filters and extreme lighting. Some are speculating this is also the reason the judges are now to the right of the runway for the first time – because Heidi prefers the left side of her face to be seen on camera.

She also seems to not want to be there very much—she just seems “off” in these first couple of episodes. Maybe It took her some time to get back in the swing of things. Probably doesn’t help that she doesn’t have Tim back, or that she has to sit next to that Law Roach thing.

I agree, she was off the whole time – I caught her glancing to the side at the producers or zoning out while she listened to their instructions in her earpiece, while Nina and Roach were cackling together. She's clearly thrown off by either this new judging panel or just coming back after such a long break.

Heidi Ho sure has that processed look when the camera is directly on her during the fashion show compared to Nina and La' Roach. She has no facial features at all - someone up thread mentioned AI - is this what we have to look forward to in the future? No wrinkles, pores or lines only makes one look more phony. She's 52 and looks good (because she can afford to) but not realistic at all.

All the contestants are Ugo - not a nice looking one in the bunch. And the workroom bitchiness is tiring although Miss Christian does add a bit of humor.

Christian and Nina are the only likeable people on this show.

Yep, it's slowly made its way to TV from apps like TikTok. Reddit is constantly making fun of Aniston for looking inhuman on The Morning Show thanks to maxxed out AI filters.

After watching the first two episodes I can see why they didn't bring Tim back. This PR is so mean spirited there's no room for warmth and compassion. Law, unlike Kors, is nasty without being funny or human. He's unlikable. Heidi is a robot. But Nina is still Nina. The whole thing is a bore but at least the episodes are shorter.

What I hate about people like Law Roach is they lack humility. You can be good at what you do and still be humble. He’s just mean for the sake of being mean. Sooner or later he’ll burn some important bridge that’ll knock him down a few pegs.

Michael Kors is supposed to be back for an episode as a judge. I want to see him wipe the floor with Law.

I want to see what kind of work Kors has had done since he was last on the show.

So, this Roach man? is being vicious& mean for his social media platform. Hopefully, Nina will destroy him, better yet Michael Kors.

Mm I don’t think she sounded unhinged R14. She’s dealt with some abuses of power in reality tv world and she’s pissed and feels taken advantage of. I get it, it happens all the time in the entertainment world. And the streaming world is rapidly changing. She was around one of the creepiest assholes to exist, and is now not getting paid after making two seasons of the show, and it sounds like she’s had trouble capitalizing on her tv fame. Not many are capable of dealing with what happens after. She got eaten by the machine and is furious. Unfortunately for her, she’ll get little to nothing from this screed and will be labeled as “difficult.”

Some people just ARE difficult, not everything is a MeToo situation where a woman is being discredited after not opening her legs to an exec. Besides, reality TV revolves around difficult people like Kenley and the twins. It's why they're kept on the show for as long as they are and then asked to return.

That athleisure challenge was pretty bad. Not one outfit you could actually work out in. And who wants to wear stinky gym clothes on a night out. Like, you’re going to work out, shower, then put your stinky athleisure wear back on to go out for dinner and drinks?

The Tall One - Rapunzel (long Mohawk ponytail) thinks she's a star but the tide will turn and she will be out Toot Sweet pending the next design challenge. This show sucks worse than 10,000 hungry leeches but I love it!

I'm hoping one (or both!) of Heidi Ho's udders flops out when she flounces out in one of those outlandish runway frocks that leaves nothing to the imagination! She still has ' the look' but you can't hold back time and gravity and those girls of hers are itching to make their big debut before it all comes crashing down!

Miss McRae should have gone home in the first episode, the outfit was atrocious, but then then wouldn't have had the drama of sending someone home first in two different seasons. Interesting that Miss McRae made basically the same design that wound up in the bottom the first episode, then in the top the next.
