There's a difference between not smiling and sneering.

She's not just aging out of relevance and influence in general, but a good chunk of emerging generations has no idea who she is and, if they do know, they don't give a fuck about her or her "takes" on anything. Time is the harshest mistress.

Her beat is Trump. A sneering, disdainful mien seems appropriate.

I railed on her for withholding information about Trump's illegality and corruption and accused her of having no sense of journalistic ethics or responsibility. She shot back and said she has always operated with the highest levels of journalistic integrity.

I responded, "Explain how sitting on critical information every American has the right to know about their president and saving it for a book from which you personally profited is an example of 'the highest levels of journalistic integrity.'"

She promptly blocked me.
