I think the unnatural veins are from adipose loss. Adipose is the fatty layer between skin and muscle. I went from 215 to 150 (at 5" 10") and had it happen. His are just exaggerated, though.

The man is 58, he's probably hit the "I frankly don't give a fuck" middle age/late adulthood phase of life.

He's always been hot to me - but he has become SIGNIFICANTLY hotter the last 15 years.

He needs to put some bronzer on his head to get rid of the white skin. That pale head skin look on men who shave their heads makes them look like cancer patients going through chemo.
