Tasteful friends, tell me about your luggage

I need a new carry-on bag. I just ordered a Travel-Pro which is well-reviewed and good quality, but I find it ugly and dated and the built-in charger has a USB-A cord which is already outmoded. What do you like?

My favorite is my Briggs & Riley Sympatico Global 21" Carry-On Expandable Spinner. It meets international carry-on standards however flights within Europe may require you to check it in. It was somewhat pricey. I wish I had a larger of the same, but I don't want to spend the money. My largest bag is a Delsey Shadow 5.0 Expandable 27" Check-in Spinner (made by Delsey for Macys). It's okay and I got it on sale.

Patagonia bags. they wear like iron.

The carry-on is a 25 year-old Levenger brown leather backpack/crossbody with enough confusing pockets to make you drink.

I also have a Floto Big Ass tote in orange leather.

They work fine, but the leather makes both bags heavy. Plus, those PETA people are worse than the MADD nuts and I don’t want to wear paint. Right now the smaller carries paper work I need to save and the larger one stores a variety of totes and lunch bags.

To clarify, I don’t need a built-in charger. The Travel Pro and many other options have them. I think they are a marketing gimmick (I have my own charger) and as the TP example shows, technology changes too often to build it into luggage.
