Okay, DL - what free streaming sites do you use to watch TV shows? I want to see "Back to the Frontier"

And not add HBO to my bills. I can't afford it! But I want to see this and I haven't used one of those websites in about 3 years, so I don't know what's out there and where I can watch this.

Anyone?

by Anonymousreply 1July 28, 2025 1:47 PM

Putlocker? Have you googled name of show+streaming free?

by Anonymousreply 2July 28, 2025 1:54 PM

Pluto and Tubi

by Anonymousreply 3July 28, 2025 1:54 PM

Netflix, Amazon Prime, PBS Passport, Peacock, and MHzChoice

by Anonymousreply 4July 28, 2025 2:11 PM

I wish I could get those for free too, r4.

by Anonymousreply 5July 28, 2025 2:20 PM

Sorry, R5. I misread the title of the thread. I overlooked "free."

by Anonymousreply 6July 28, 2025 2:26 PM

OP here. I already have Amazon Prime and Netflix.

I found it on DailyMotion, but I am putting up with periodic ads. That's the cost lost.

by Anonymousreply 7July 28, 2025 2:29 PM

R3 is definitive. Pluto and Tubi truly are quite extensive and great.

by Anonymousreply 8July 28, 2025 2:35 PM

I didn't want to pay for Apple TV, so I watched Prime Target on Flixbaba.

by Anonymousreply 9July 28, 2025 2:37 PM

I like Roku and FreeVee (soon to be absorbed into Amazon Prime) over Pluto and Tubi. God help you if you try to rewind in those. Each time you have to suffer through three minutes of ads only to find out it’s the wrong scene.

by Anonymousreply 10July 28, 2025 2:43 PM

I agree Pluto and Tubi are pretty good for free streaming sites.

Obviously you're not gonna get anything new on there, but I've come across a few gems on there in the past.

by Anonymousreply 11July 28, 2025 3:04 PM

Try Plex too, OP. Also free.

by Anonymousreply 12July 28, 2025 3:05 PM

I know about Tubi, Pluto, Plex, FreeVee, etc. and watch many of those already.

Putlocker is kaput...but THAT is the type of site I'm looking for: the ones that allow you to watch the shows that are on the bigger (paid) channels for free.

Thank you, r9. I will check out Flixbaba!

R3,8,11 - Pluto & Tubi are worthwhile free streaming sites. At least on Tubi the Ad breaks are sequenced with the show being streamed so you don't loose context when the program resumes. When the Ad's get annoying I just hit Mute and all is well. Tubi also has a countdown to when the program resumes so I can time a break. If you have a Samsung TV (both of mine are) they have Samsung Plus which is free and another way of streaming more current content.

Lots of interesting & old stuff and it's a great filler instead of watching MSM and their incessant coverage of the Orange Tumor and his crazy antics.

A general FYI: Reelgood.com and IMDb.com show the availability of streaming sites for movies and TV shows. Both have apps. Reelgood is more comprehensive about streaming sites than IMDB.

Reelgood also integrates with Trakt TV, which can keep track of what you have already watched and what you want to watch, irrespective of streaming location. It’s especially useful when a streaming site removes a show with many episodes and you would otherwise lose track of where you were.

Thanks, r9 / r14!! I really appreciate it!

lookmovie2.to works, too.
