Trump's hair is getting noticeably thinner--even more so than in recent years. He knows it and is therefore growing it longer to try and hide the thinness. However, the weight of longer hair just makes the thinning quality of his his current hair even more apparent.

In OP's pic Trump looks like an old-fashioned UK East End gangster who left school aged 12, has served decades in prison, and prizes his distant connections with senior criminals and minor showbiz figures. Somehow he's made it to old age, perhaps living in a static caravan, drinking heavily, enraged he wasn't good enough to own a villa in Spain, like his fellow illiterate criminals.

He should have gotten a low density age appropriate hairpiece years ago. Shatner has finally gotten some pretty good ones in the last few years, but Trump would probably have gotten a high density wiggy looking one like latter day Tony Curtis had.

Tony Curtis knew Helen Keller could see it was a piece, but surely did it for knowing camp appeal. Trump would have adopted such a piece sincerely, telling himself the world would think it the best head of natural hair in medical history, doctors say so.
