“The House by the Cemetery” (1981) - Italian horror film set in Boston and NYC

I love watching films that weren’t made by Americans and Hollywood but are set in the USA.

Italian filmmaker Lucio Fulci made this horror film set in Boston. Filming took place between March 1981 through May 1981 and filmed in Manhattan, NY and Boston, MA. It stars Italian actors and one British actress.

It’s an interesting watch if you enjoy those Giallo films.

One of my favorite Lucio Fulci films, up there with "The Beyond". I love everything about it—totally surreal and almost otherworldly. It captures New England with the same kind of dreamlike sensibility that New Orleans was captured with in "The Beyond".

Because foreigners capture American cities with more of a dreamlike atmosphere than we do our own cities.

R1 youve probably never actually watched it. We all know you google things then make up stories.

R3 I've seen this movie many times, but keep up the delusions if they help you sleep at night, you fucking weirdo

R4 look at your posting history. You have zero room to call anyone a weirdo n

R5 if stalking someone on DL and recurrently accusing them of lying about watching movies because they start film discussion threads isn't weird, I don't know what is. You have no basis for anything you're saying and are actively choosing to engage in delusional thinking about strangers on the internet, you miserable twat.
