Wow - it's been ten years already !
Ten years ago today, Bobbi Kristina Brown, the 22 year old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, died in hospice care on July 26, 2015, at age 22. Her death was considered similar to her mother's death, as both had died from effects of being submerged in a bathtub. She had been placed in an induced coma after being found face down in a bathtub, by her friends in her home in Alpharetta, Georgia on January 31, 2015.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner's office said it used both medical records and police investigative files to arrive at a determination for Brown's cause of death. According to the statement, her body tested positive for marijuana, alcohol, the cocaine metabolite benzoylecgonine, benzodiazepines (typically used to treat anxiety) and morphine.
As to the cause of death, it found the "underlying cause" of death as "immersion associated with drug intoxication". However, the manner of death could not be confirmed. The summary statement read, "Death was clearly not due to natural causes, but the medical examiner was not able to determine whether death was due to intentional or accidental causes, and therefore classified the manner of death as undetermined."
A finalized autopsy report determined Brown died of lobar pneumonia.

That was so sad. That poor girl must have had such a sad life. She had money and her life was easy in many ways but imagine having drugs addict mess parents and your mom calling you fat on tv.

I agree R1. She was doomed from the day she was born. It didn't help that for 22 years, the press was very vocal in saying she didn't look anything like the beautiful Whitney, and looked just like her ugly dad.

I recall a rumour her husband or ex-husband had beaten her moments before she got into the bathtub causing her to lose consciousness.
That poor girl's brief life was a tragedy. Whitney should have steelled herself, told her family off and married Robyn like she really wanted to.

He died of a heroin overdose in 2020. In 2017, he had been found liable in a [italic]civil[/italic] case for Brown’s 2015 death.
He had been taken in by Whitney Houston when he was 12 years old and raised alongside the singer's daughter, Bobbi Kristina, with whom he was later romantically involved.
