Madonna was a lot of great things & deserves the throne which upon she sits...but she was never pretty. And the beauty of that is that she still made what she had work in her favor. During her zenith I can't imagine her looking any other way than she did & that needs no justification--she was Madonna, like no other.

Madonna In Body of Evidence - beyond Stone just being prettier/more beautiful, I think their approaches have a lot to do with the effectiveness of the women they're portraying. Per usual for Madonna, I'd imagine that she took it all super seriously and was telling herself to work hard to create something close to Catherine Trammel. Stone in Basic Instinct is having fun with it, not taking it all so seriously, even camping it up at times. Plus, as a full-time actor, she seemed to understand when to chew the scenery and when not to.

The OP is obviously trolling, but Madonna was very beautiful. Like most women she needed make up to bring out her beauty. The vast majority of women don’t look pretty without makeup. Madonna also had a magnetic, sexual appeal that enhanced her prettiness. Few could match those qualities.

I’ve seen her in concert up close and she’s much prettier in person than even her best photo shoot. Her body is absolutely amazing in person. Even though she doesn’t look her best now, I saw her on the Celebration Tour and her face looked great and amazing when she smiled. You saw 80s/90s Madonna when she smiled. Her body was incredible especially her legs were phenomenal. Her arms were not. Idk what happened but her arms looked like shit. She had major bat wings. Kudos to her for showing them off without fear. I just don’t know how her arms went from so tight and firm to bat wings in a few short years. Still, her face was still beautiful.
