None of them would have become famous without the fake boobs. The 80's and early 90's was a very superficial time regarding women's looks. Probably due to hair bands and Howard Stern.

She worked really hard to become playmate of the year. The readers had voted for someone else but Playboy awarded her. Then she landed the wildly popular dating show on MTV (Singled Out) and acted goofy while not taking herself seriously. I don’t think straight guys had ever seen a Playmate of the Year acting like that and she took off due to them thinking she was attainable. She’s managed to get work ever since, but has never been anything close to A list. She’s managed is mostly pretty lucky. She could never have been a top model or actress.
