This property seems like an ideal redo for a Gay B&B. It's quite quirky and charming in a distinctly Mexican way. It's located in Mezcales, just north of Nuevo Vallarta, and about 20 minutes by car from the gay Zona Romantica.
And as you listen to Nate, the once-twinkish real estate agent, originally from Canada, please be kind. I've met him, and while he's not the greatest videographer, he's a sweetheart. I hope you enjoy the tour.

Still, for the money, the property is really interesting. Definitely not cookie-cutter, and has definite Mexican charm.
