R4 - nah! I know there are conspiracy theorists who think that. I think it's far more likely that he became exhausted (in all senses... physically, emotionally, spiritually) in his latter years. He, reportedly, would spend hours every day personally reaching out to people who contacted him for help and guidance and, eventually, I believe reporting has shown that it took a toll on him, so he pulled back for his own good.

No, I don't think she abducted him, held him against his will or any nonsense. But, I did get an odd vibe from her in that interview... that perhaps she thought she was more meaningful to him than she actually was. But, I guess only the two of them will ever know that.
