I don't believe it's an age thing. I've seen more older than younger guys engaging in the things you list for fetishes.

None of what you listed is demeaning (unless both parties want it to be and get off on that), it's all about playing in that primal, uninhibited space, free of the countless masks we wear in everyday life.
