What is happening in Dupont? 😂

I see this all the time now at my local Walgreens.

And I live in a nice (city) neighborhood.

People just walk in the store, grab things off the shelves, and walk right out the door.

The cashiers just stare at them. Or sometimes, the cashiers don't even bother to look up.

Meanwhile, I'm just watching this in amazement. The brazenness of it all. Both the thieves and the employees treat it as if it's normal.

But it pisses me off because this is the kind of bullshit that will get your local store closed down, forcing you to have to travel a much farther distance to shop for things you need.

This Walgreens is right around the corner from me. If the corporate office decides to close this store, the next nearest drugstore is at least 15 miles away.

I wish I could do something about it, but nobody else seems to care. So it seems futile.
