When? Why? How? What do you do about them? Do they come in cycles?
Do you get nosebleeds?

I used to, and then I started being very careful when blowing my nose. Only one nostril at a time, gently, OP.

Not sure if this will work for you but it sure helped me, take Vitamin K. I use to get almost constant nose bleeds as a child, father took me to the emergency room once because it simply would just not stop bleeding. I rarely ever have nose bleeds anymore and stopped taking the Vitamin K long time ago, I did take it for a couple of years though and it worked for me.

A second vote for getting a humidifier.
I would occasionally get them in the winter time because of dry bedroom air. But since I've gotten my humidifier, all is well.

It might be because I took aspirin recently.

I probably wouldn't take vitamin K at this point in my life as it fascillitates blood clotting, and that might not be a good idea.

I get them sometimes when I visit my parents. I live in a humid client and they’re in the desert.

Well, I guess I've been getting them because of the AC. Or not.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | July 20, 2025 4:08 PM |
Not anymore.

Then you might just try eating foods with vitamin K, Leafy Green Vegetables: Spinach, kale, collard greens, mustard greens, Swiss chard, and romaine lettuce are excellent sources of vitamin K

When I am in Denver I do. To treat, put tissue up my nose until it stops.
