Modest for someone who had been working steadily since the invention of television.
The maid didn't do a very good job making her bed.

I love her house. It's simple and charming. I'd much rather live in a house like that than the new communist-looking, cold, hyper modern houses of today.

Wait isn’t she dead? Is this one of those ghost tours? That scares me.

I cringed when this came out and I cringe now.
She was a good sport, but I hate it.

I don't think that was her real home shown in the video. This article has some photos of the home in Brentwood where she lived, ever since she and Allen Ludden bought it in the 60s.

^^^ That's her coastal home in Carmel, CA. She and Allen owned more than one property.

It's Brendad Ickson's.

"Her house was ugly! Mine was much nicer than hers! CUNT!!"

Do they still have those tour buses in the Los Angeles area, shows off movie stars' homes?

R7 Did you read the article you linked us to ? It says in the article this was where she liked to recharge and rejuvenate, while the Brentwood home was her primary residence. So this monstrosity was her 'second home' or 'vacation home' - nothing more.
[quote]White's primary residence was in Brentwood, California. She died at her home there on Dec. 31, just a few weeks shy of her centennial birthday, her agent and close friend Jeff Witjas confirmed to PEOPLE.
