It's not easy to just "pull a gun" unless it's right at your fingertips. I suppose if you carried it on your hip in a holster... But I generally carry mine in my right front pocket on the rare occasions when I do carry it. By the time you pull out a weapon (best thing in the case above probably would have been bear spray), the guy could have already shot you.

Someone filmed a vehicle driving in Oregon and the woman inside was on a megaphone announcing plate numbers car models and locations of these so called "ICE agents" (reality is they are KKK type bounty hunters).

I have a CCW license. It was pretty easy to get, too. Online videos, registration of the firearms with the local PD, and a fee. I have brandished a handgun just once, in the parking lot after closing down a bar in a sketchy area. Two guys who were watching people leave crossed the street and followed me to my car, which was one of only three left in the lot.

They were about ten feet behind me, hands in their pockets, when I unlocked the doors, reached in and pulled my gun out, chambered a round, and asked if I could help them. “No, sir,” was the answer. They turned and ran yelling “Fucking faggot bitch” at me. 😂

Honestly I felt in total control in the moment with a clear head. A few blocks away, the emotions overcame me. But I’d do it all over again.
