The average rent here is $2750/mo for a 2 BDR, yes we can afford it, but at least we are homeowners and not renting.

$2200 is average which means not great. We just sold a 7 room condo and moved to a 50+ rental 3 bedroom rental for $3900.

I have never rented but according to Google you need to earn at least 60k to afford a 2br. apt. in Atlanta.
