Gross. I’m glad there are groups like Jewish voice for peace, who show this isn’t a “Jewish trait.” In fact, for millennia Judaism wrestled with how to live a moral and clean life.
Many ultra-orthodox oppose Israel as they see it as the modern day golden calf, a distraction. I see it as the last vestige of 19th century European colonialism which has taken on a cult-like creepiness in America. There’s nothing else to explain why people who oppose the ICE migrant roundup can then turn 180 and support much more horrific treatment of people under occupation.

I was surprised when I saw that piece yesterday.
But honestly, I think we've moved out of the Zionist gaslighting zone for Gaza.
Anyone with eyes can see what has happened and what is happening .
Remember when the Israelis argued vociferously about the first hospital in Gaza being bombed, claiming that the Palestinians bombed it themselves? THEN they bombed every single hospital in Gaza, sent army units into what remained and murdered patients, arrested nurses and doctors, strip searched them, put them into prisons and raped them anally with instruments (when this came out and the army said "no more" the Israelis then rioted for the right to rape prisoners - yes really. And there were big religious debates about the right to rape non Jews ) ... and when this was pointed out the attitude of the Israelis was ... "so?"
I think we're at the "...so?" stage of the Gaza genocide .
It's a Genocide. So?
