My mother and sister loved it and that’s shocking to me as they both HATED the Cavill Superman movies. Hated. Both my sisters and mom hated those. My mother loves the 1978 movie to this day (she was a kid when it came out and he’s her first superhero, as she says).

They loved Corenswet as Superman as my mom said he’s the “cutest” Superman, just so cute. Both my mother and sister said Brosnahan resembles Courtney Cox and is pretty and my mom said she’s the first Lois to remind her a bit of Margot Kidder in how she carried herself etc.

They adored Krypto to death.

They both went on a love fest filled with endless praise for Nicholas Hoult as Lex. They were both going on about how good he was as Lex.
