I think that breast implants is a fairly common thing for female gymnasts after retiring, since part of their success is contingent on their having a small chest and I assume that some of them stunt their growth through excessive training before, during and after puberty. Nadia, Julianne McNamara, and Svetlana Boginskaya are just three former top gymnasts who off the top of my head, clearly had implants post retirement. Though, maybe not Nadia, as she had some tig ol biddies by the Moscow Games in 1980.

I don't know if new boobs disqualify her from training for future competition. Rebecca Andrade is quite busty and she compete just fine! Time will tell.
