A tough on crimes U.S. Attorney who took down mob bosses and corrupt Wall Street titans who cleaned up New York City as mayor, helped the world heal after 9/11, and was nearly a shoo-in for senator or president only to see it all fall as hard.

He is now broke and disbarred. All because of MAGA.

Lindsay Graham.

Graham was a moderate Republican who prized nonpartisanship and stability.

Graham got so close to Trump that it started impacting his life; he changed his political views, started drinking heavily, and lost contact with his of his closest friends, Joe Lieberman and John McCain.

You just know Marco Rubio hates his life right now.

Problem is, I don’t think they completely changed. MAGA allowed them to emphasize and vocalize their intrusive thoughts, neurosis and fears.

Most of the MAGAS are not worldly. They aren’t book smart nor do they have a lot of common sense. They want things to always stay the same and are so blinded by nostalgia they can’t fathom anything even slightly progressive.

This has been the trend among quite a few of the Boomers in my life. I’ve distanced myself. My immediate family is composed of Democrats so thank god.

He could have gone on to greater things after his success up to and including 911 and its aftermath, but he stupidly made some terrible life choices - none bigger than throwing his hat in with the MAGA cult. Of course, he was always a festering piece of shit inside though that didn't become clear to most people until 2015 or thereabouts.

The politicians who were against Trump and now support him have always been craven opportunists.

Roseanne was very progressive, but started to lose it after Hillary Clinton lost the 2008 democratic primaries. She started shifting right/far right around 2015 and was largely influenced by her son Jake who is hardcore MAGA/conservative. Roseanne’s daughters are liberals and I think one of them cried when trump was elected in 2016.
