Restaurants that close on Monday. Being open on Saturday and Sunday is no excuse!!

Restaurants have to undergo a thorough cleaning once a week. This happens the day they are closed.

That's fine, R3 -But they shouldn't all do it on the same day. Think of the business one would pull in being the only place open on a Monday!
