Any bets on the sentencing? I'd say whatever he gets it is going to be concurrent sentence on the two charges, not consecutive.

Max sentence on each is 10 years. I'm thinking he will get 4, with no priors and that people rarely get convicted for this charge.

So with time served - he will be out in 14-18 months? It's still 23+ months in prison, which is fucking not fun.
