DOJ announces plans to prioritize cases to revoke citizenship
The Justice Department is aggressively prioritizing efforts to strip some Americans of their U.S. citizenship.
Department leadership is directing its attorneys to prioritize denaturalization in cases involving naturalized citizens who commit certain crimes — and giving district attorneys wider discretion on when to pursue this tactic, according to a June 11 memo published online. The move is aimed at U.S. citizens who were not born in the country; according to data from 2023, close to 25 million immigrants were naturalized citizens.
At least one person has already been denaturalized in recent weeks. On June 13, a judge ordered the revocation of the citizenship of Elliott Duke, who uses they/them pronouns. Duke is an American military veteran originally from the U.K. who was convicted for distributing child sexual abuse material — something they later admitted they were doing prior to becoming a U.S. citizen.

He is going to kill all of us. WTF - Eva BRAUNBONDI has to go. They are building secret prisons and holding Kangaroo courts. They are grabbing single mothers off of the street in Pasadena with her kids watching. When are they going to disappear Democrats or old people or gays? This is sinister and it isn’t going to stop. Drumpf if a feral hog. Nothing is enough!

I know very little about this Pam Bondi, except 1) that she's not very smart according to Rick Wilson and George Conway and 2) that she is going to end her life in prison once the Trump regime has collapsed. She has exposed herself much more than say Rubio or Jaydene, who I think, at least as of today, will only be dishonorably discharged from their political career and only suffer national disgrace.

The Plantation owners who hated the way that the North did business and freed their livestock and gave them the vote and made them citizens has risen in the Greed is Good Jesus Party of the Klan/The Heritage Foundation/Project 2025.
Trump took his 1% mandate and is converting his dictatorship based on plantation law.
That Confederate Flag is going to rise on those Trump flagpoles.

R4. District attorneys have no role in federal law, much less immigration law. Are you even American?

They can start with Elon--they can find even a minor offense, I'm sure, if they look hard enough.

"denaturalization" is can only be effected under certain circumstances:
• Illegal Procurement, or Concealment or Willful Misrepresentation (INA § 340(a)): Naturalization may be revoked in civil proceedings for having “illegally procured” citizenship or by “concealment of a material fact or by willful misrepresentation.”
• Denaturalization for Convictions for Naturalization Fraud (Criminal Revocation) (18 U.S.C. § 1425): Naturalization may be revoked by conviction for procuring or attempting to procure the naturalization of anyone contrary to the law.
• Wartime Military Service (INA § 329(c)): Naturalization through wartime military service under § 329(a) may be revoked if the citizen was subsequently discharged under other than honorable conditions within a specified five-year period.
• The Proviso to § 340(a): A remnant of the Cold War, but still valid law, naturalization may be revoked for refusing under specified circumstances to testify before a congressional committee on alleged subversive act
Unless it's one of the crimes listed above, the DOJ can't denaturalize someone. That includes murder, rape, child porn, etc. They should be charged as citizens under US law. Melania should have her citizenship revoked for willful misrepresentation. She lied on her application.

A criticism of dump will become a criminal offense if it hasn’t already and deportation the sentence. All DL transported to CECOT. Cruelty is the point with this swift moving regime and it’s still early.Anything could happen.

They are writing their own rules. They are going by their own interpretations. He is “going rogue” and the republicans and Supreme Court aren’t stopping him!

Why isn’t there a really focused movement to denaturalize Melania and her autistic devil spawn?

Or Marco Rubio, R14?
"Marco Rubio’s brother-in-law was a key narco cartel leader. His sister, an anchor baby like Marco, was never charged but if ICE is looking for anchor babies to strip of citizenship, seems like wife of major drug dealer might be a good start."
