The GOP’s Monstrous Tax Bill Is Keeping Sen. John Fetterman From The Beach :(

“Oh my god, I just want to go home,” Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) told a small gaggle of reporters.

“I’ve missed our entire trip to the beach,” Fetterman said in reference to a family vacation.

He reaffirmed his intention to vote against the package, and — oddly — asserted that “there’s no drama” around the voting process.

Fetterman said, “The only interesting votes are going to be on the margins,” such as Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine), who bills herself as a force of moderation.

Fetterman could be on the floor of the Senate denouncing the bill and confronting Repigs on this disaster.

The beach can wait, motherfucker. even if it cuts into your personal time.

by Anonymousreply 2June 30, 2025 10:07 PM

Do you think he wears his hoodie to the beach too?

by Anonymousreply 3June 30, 2025 11:00 PM

No one needs to see Fetterman in a bathing suit.

by Anonymousreply 4June 30, 2025 11:07 PM

He's nutz.

by Anonymousreply 5June 30, 2025 11:20 PM

That’s a sight no one wants to see.

by Anonymousreply 6June 30, 2025 11:21 PM

Geez he’s scary looking. Like in a horror flick.

Let's see all politicians in Speedos.

Which of those so-called women Republicans will have the most to tuck?

There are 3,500,000 people in this country, and he is 1 of the 100 people deciding our fate.

And he can't delay his fucking beach vacation.

What an idiot and narcissistic asshole.

R9 - you're missing a couple of zeros - 350,000,000. And agree - no sympathy.

He really has been an asshole and a disappointment.

by Anonymousreply 12July 1, 2025 12:03 AM

He said he's voting against it, so who cares if he complains about missing his vacation?

by Anonymousreply 13July 1, 2025 12:09 AM

Sorry, R12, yes.

So it's even worse.
