Who agrees that Roseanne looked good after her makeover?

She had surprisingly good hair in that photo. That's the best she's ever looked.

Back in the 80s, 2 things about Roseanne you never thought would be true:

1) She would become an absolutely insane, radical Trump Republican

2) She would look better now than she did when she first became famous.

I've always hated her, no matter what her (usually) slovenly looks.

She had that look for the 5th and 6th seasons of the show.

The MAGA makeover made her ugly again.

Did she get a nose job?

She never too acre of her appearance in anyway so she’s always been gross. Even after spending money on surgery she just dressed like a schlub and probably still ate McDonald’s. Who knows if she even uses moisturizer. She seems like one of those really rough women

R12, she’s had multiple nose jobs. Her and Sara Gilbert got one together.

R22 - I remember that. They both got one during the summer between one of the seasons.

Better hair and losing some of that face fat is what really helped her looks, IMO. As a stand-up comedian and then during the first couple seasons of the show, her eyes were always squinty because her cheeks were so large.

Being able to see her eyes clearly made her seem like a better actress even.

She said a surgeon told her to have a facelift at 39 and she’d never need another. She had it. No idea if his advice was accurate.

She says she likes her nose job, but it causes her nose to run.

I think she looked pretty. She was unrecognizable from 1984 Roseanne.

1984 Roseanne was a foul-mouthed cabbage patch doll and it worked for her.

Her nose job really remapped her face, and it looked great.

I think it also helped for her to get a more flattering hairstyle for her face shape. At one point she had curly orange hair; the long sleek black hair was much more flattering.
