On second look, there's not even a link; it's a screenshot. Gayety added nothing original to the story, which made headlines the world over, but that's what she chose.

Rowlings intent with the "gayety" gimmick word is that we're to infer that being alluded to as being gay is a put-down. What else could explain this?

Pedro isn't even saying he shut her down, it's clearly a headline. Yet her tweet acts like he's making that claim.
