Asshole Trump Court Pick and Lifetime Appointee, Emil Bove, Can’t Say Joe Biden Won In 2020
The U.S. appeals court nominee claimed it is “political” to say Biden got the majority of votes and Electoral College votes to become president.
“President Biden was certified as the winner of that election,” said Bove, 44, who is up for a lifetime seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
“So you get the standard answer,” Welch said. “You can’t say that he won because he got the majority of votes and also got the Electoral College victory?”
Bove replied, “I think the characterizations that you just made, senator, are both political. So I can’t address them under the canons, and they’re also tied up in ongoing litigation.”
In reality, there is nothing political about saying Biden won the 2020 election. It’s just a fact.

But like Trump loyalists in Congress, Bove, who was Trump’s personal criminal defense attorney and is currently his “hatchet man” as deputy attorney general, dodged this question because he doesn’t want to be on record saying Trump was a loser in 2020, which he was. So Bove went with the GOP’s go-to line about Biden being certified the winner that year, a ridiculous way of saying Biden became president without having to say he did so by beating Trump.

“I’m just trying to be precise,” Bove said nonsensically. “The process by which our country declares the victor in an election is a certification process. President Biden was certified.”

After sparring with Schiff, who must have cited Bove’s alleged F-bombs five or six times, Bove finally said, “I don’t recall.”
