At the cost of the biggest increase in national debt in our history. Dems have done a good job of connecting public opinion against this disastrous bill. Check what Senator Thune said today about the public objection to the bill due to Democratic messaging.

There’s such a disconnect on DL. We’re always told that people from NYC are a breed apart, blessed with superior intellect and sophistication by virtue of geography, and that outsiders just wouldn’t understand. Simultaneously, we’re told that they need to be a model for the dreaded flyovers and we must apply their solutions in our dreary and inferior homeland, even though everything here is vastly different from the heightened human experience of living in New York. Well it is a fallacy that Democrats "lost" voters to Trump due to a leftward lurch. Harris was as moderate as Democrats come.
