The agents will be useless & "won't be authorized" to take those overcharges off or do anything about overbilling for services the customers didn't sign up for. People will spend HOURS and HOURS on the phone and get knowhere. Exasperated, they'll have to go through their credit card company or bank to get the charges removed - IF they are even able to get them removed that way (many won't be able to get them removed)

Well r30 I was here the day that story broke, and the DM posts were linked here and were word-for-word in many spots what was posted in the thread. Details, names, etc. in order they were posted too. Not the first time this happened (I've been on DL for a long time).
