Antidepressant withdrawal may be more persistent than doctors realize

experience lingering withdrawal symptoms that last months or even years, according to a new study published in the journal Epidemiology and Psychiatric Sciences. I stay far away from them. I’ve only had bad experiences with them except for a few times they helped me get over a few dark times. But I only stayed on them a short amount of time after several bad experiences.

I had to be on opioids for five years due to severe neck pain which eventually led to surgery. And getting off those was far easier than the withdrawals I had getting off of SSRI. I’ll stick to my benzos for my anxiety. They work wonders.
