Are you in a couple that is considering getting married ASAP?
Enough, OP.

In danger how exactly? Be specific.
The legal pathway to ceasing federal recognition of any further same sex marriages is bumpy but possible; the legal pathway to actually retroactively nullifying current federally recognized same sex marriages already in place, is more difficult.

Move to a state where same-sex marriage remains legal, and if you have to move to one where it isn't, then make sure you have legal documents in place that give one another as many rights as possible.

I don't really think it's in danger. I we live in a blue state, anyway.

The Respect for Marriage Act overturned DOMA. There won't be another one, given that all Democrats would vote against it along with some Republicans. It passed the initial vote in the House with a 110 vote margin and a 25 vote margin in the Senate. It passed the final House vote by an 89 vote margin. It requires that all states recognize any marriage legal in the state in which it was done, under the Constitution's Full Faith and Credit Clause.
