Among reasonable people, it is, but not to all those Americans who gave Trump both a popular & electoral vote victory.

This is what Trump does. He floods the courts with lawsuits to overwhelm the defendants ie targeted law firms and networks. Then he publicly threatens and disparages the defendants until their bottom line is affected, and they acquiesce. The networks usually offer up one of their own. This time it was Moran. Who will be next time?
