Bradford Thomas Wagner, known in porn as Tim Barnett, committed suicide in his cell the day before he was to go on trial for a string of rapes to which he was connected through DNA. Roman Todd (real name: Samson George Dalton) had all charges dropped in a domestic violence case in March of this year. His wife, also a porn star, and the actor are back together. The domestic battery case appeared to be moving forward over the last two months after the prosecution added and upgraded charges against Roman Todd (age 40) to include strangulation and use of a deadly weapon, and they even put in a “no contact” order to keep Todd away from his girlfriend. At another hearing the state placed Todd under electronic surveillance to ensure he’d be following the conditions of his bail, but that’s all a moot point now, since their happy reunion.
A year earlier Todd collapsed in the Denver airport from an overdose of a deadly narcotic. He claimed the pill (possibly fentanyl) was given to him by fellow porn star Ricky Larkin. “If he would have stayed in the bathroom for 20 more seconds" a friend said "and collapsed in the stall, they wouldn’t have found him for, what, 20, 30 minutes, an hour until the next f*cking shift came through to clean it he would have been dead.
