I wonder if its basically a padded-out 20/20 episode from the past. Quite a few chubby women and a couple dead suspects. Hunky police sergeant who dresses better than the other cops and spends more on haircuts. Anyone think he's family?

I don't know them.

They’re fine, they send their love!

Hulu has a great 3-part documentary on Jodi. There’s a new suspect - Jodi’s best friend’s ex-husband who owned a white van, was obsessed with her, called her own the tenth anniversary of Jodi’s death to remind her, admitted to taking Jodi out right before she went missing and has a history of abuse. He also reportedly matches eyewitness sketches.

My favorite missing persons case will always and forever be D. B. Cooper, not only because his fate is unknown, but because his identity is too.

The Hulu special on this was incredibly cheesy and it didn’t lead anywhere.

No it wasn’t, r6.

The Jodi Huisentruit doc has two smoking hot cops in it!

R6 here. I feel stupid. I said it didn’t lead anywhere because I watched the first episode thinking it was a stand-alone doc. There are two more eps.
It’s a good true crime watch though the recreations are annoying.

I know, r9, but it actually has new information and not just some hearsay. They squash a bunch of wrong reporting too.

The most outrageous thing is that they still haven’t DNA tested items taken from her apartment.

The toilet seat was up in her apartment and there were two wine glasses. If she didn’t have anyone there I wonder if Jodi threw up that morning (why the seat was up).

I honestly can’t imagine what it’s like to have a family member missing for decades. It would drive me crazy.

It’s been 35 years now since Paige Renkowski, last seen outside her car on an expressway between Detroit & Lansing, vanished from sight.
