on the one hand bones are pesky if your eating as a cultured person with fork, on the other breaded chicken can have too much bread & not enough chicken
is boneless wings better? Or bone-in wings are better?

Removing the bone before cooking any type of meat ruins it. It makes it drier, with much less flavor.
