Watched this last night on Tubi. A lesbian couple moves in to their dream New York apartment with their toddler Lyle (who, despite the name, is a girl). Big echoes of Rosemary's Baby but it goes in its own direction.
It's microbudgeted and short (62 minutes!) but there are many psychologically tense moments, and Gaby is terrific.
A big drawbacks are muddied sound in the last 10 minutes which makes it really hard to figure out what's going on, and the biggest failure of all is Michael Che as a family friend. He absolutely, totally cannot act.
Overall I enjoyed it, due mostly to its short length and Gaby's terrific turn.
