Musk should pay to dig up all the old paperwork on Melania’s “Einstein” visa… plus interviews/admissions from those whose palms were greased, etc.

The EB-1 visa “is reserved for immigrants with ‘extraordinary ability’ and ‘sustained national and international acclaim’,” as per the Washington Post.

MELANIA should be deported. And perhaps her autistic, dimwit son, too, as he is “fruit from the poisonous tree,” in legalese!

Can’t Elon Munk just use Mastercard if he has visa problems? He’ll outwit Trump and Bunion!

I don’t understand why he wasn’t able to get US citizenship from birth. His maternal grandfather was born in Minnesota. Maybe he renounced it.

I just looked up the requirements to pass US citizenship to children by birth. There are specific conditions.

Born abroad to one U.S. citizen parent: If a child is born abroad to one U.S. citizen parent, and the U.S. citizen parent met specific residency requirements in the United States, the child is likely a U.S. citizen. Specific Residency Requirements for One U.S. Citizen Parent: The U.S. citizen parent must have lived at least five years in the United States before the child's birth. At least two of those five years must have been after the U.S. citizen parent's 14th birthday.

R6. Not many countries grant citizenship based on a grandparent.

R8 I figured that his mother was a citizen because her father was and that could pass to Elon. His mother is American, but she was also naturalized.
