This thread explains it. At least it has young men straining through some exercise.
That picture is so pointed against fatties, lol. Not that fatties should run because it will ruin their joints.
But yes, I've been long-distance running for almost three years now and the hip fat ain't going anywhere. Can't run for two more months now because of the major hernia surgery I just had, so I think I'll double down on resistance training instead.
