She had no qualms admitting in a Vanity Fair article that he became obsessed with John when she met him at Seth Meyers' wedding years prior. Olivia was at the wedding as Will Forte's date and John was with his then fiance and soon to be wife Anna. She said she repeatedly contacted John after the wedding.

"She got pregnant over 40" = "she gave herself breast cancer" is as obnoxious as saying guys who fucked around before the disease was understood gave themselves AIDS.
Women get pregnant to have children, not to inflict diseases on themselves. She'd probably never heard of luminal B before she was diagnosed. Not having children at all is also a risk for hormonally influenced breast cancer, BTW.
