Do you have a favorite homemade Pizza recipe? What oven temperature do you suggest?
I use the cheap Kroger-brand dough (it's about .89 cents a package) for a smooth crust. Then I top it with balsamic glaze, fresh tarragon, jalapenos, and blue cheese. I then bake it according to the directions on the dough package for a thin, crispy crust.

I buy premade pizza dough from the deli department of my supermarket. While I am there, I stock up on all the fixings and toppings I may not have at home like: sweet sausage, pepperoni, anchovies, black olives, mushrooms, green peppers, sweet onions, pineapple, shredded mozzarella, and banana peppers. I use a pizza pan as I don't have a large enough stone to fit a XXL pizza. Bake at the highest degree your oven will go- mine tops out at 550F. About ten minutes, more or less and I have dinner for four.

I have always had a question if cheese goes under or over the toppings?
