There are many restaurants and cafes in NYC with outdoor seating for your dog, mostly in Williamsburg and Astoria.

No offense, but why can't you leave your dog at home while you go out to eat? You're like those parents who bring their children everywhere.

I'm pretty sure most restaurants can accommodate you without regard to the attractiveness of your date.

The real question is, just who is walking who?

That's really A LOT to expect from your dog, with a ton of sensory overload and being on his best behavior so you can enjoy your Eggs Benedict and Bloody Mary. Take yourself out to brunch and don't bring your dog.

Here's a list of the more popular outside branch for you and your dog. Don't forget to order him a snack too. Many allow bring your dog, but call ahead and ask first.
