“They killed my mother — and before that, my brother. I urge everyone: do not go to the American aid distribution points soaked in blood. This bag only contains 2 empty flour sacks — nothing else — & yet they shot & killed my mother as she tried to get us something to eat today.”
Heartbreaking: A child bids farewell to his mother, killed by the Israeli army and American mercenaries in a massacre near the aid center west of Rafah.
Around 1,000 Palestinians have been killed or injured within one week

What is happening in Gaza is beyond any brutality we have seen in the last many centuries.

I agree that it’s genocide, but who are the American mercenaries? Are you referring to the Israeli military R1?

Everyone is just sitting by watching it happen and breathlessly reporting on it. Ironically, similar to the concentration camps in WW2: everyone knew what was going on, but no one wanted to get 'involved'.

Maybe the "Palestinians" should stop being and supporting terrorists?
Just a thought.

No, that's not what is happening as as you full well know.
There has been plenty of food in Gaza the entire time. Hamas have been hoarding it and killing looters and protestors.
Hamas have been conducting mass killings and blaming it on the IDF and Hamas statements have been reported by media organisations as fact with no investigation.
Hamas have continually rejected a ceasefire because they would rather carry on fighting and holding hostages than "free Palestine".
Hamas are the Nazis, Hamas have always been the Nazis and always will be the Nazis.

by Anonymous | reply 10 | June 4, 2025 9:28 PM |
Damn, seems like Hamas would release ALL the hostages if they cared about their people. Why give Israel excuse to continue killing. Makes absolute no sense. They obviously have zero leverage with the hostages.

Israel cannot be trusted. It is a thieving, genocidal barbaric disgrace and a thorn in the side of the entire world.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | June 4, 2025 9:55 PM |
Yes, October 7 was bad. It never should have happened. However, the entire war is lopsided and genocidal. Hamas killed 1200 Israelis. Israel has now killed upward of 100,000 innocent Palestinians. It is out of control, and Israel is working to annihilate an entire population. It is barbaric and inhumane.
Stop supporting and providing money and military aid to Israel.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | June 4, 2025 9:58 PM |
I’m not talking about Jsrael r12. I am talking about Hamas. Right now the hostages are doing them more harm than good. They are protecting them from zilch AND are only giving Israel a great excuse to continue fighting? I mean honestly, what are they getting from keeping them?
by Anonymous | reply 14 | June 4, 2025 10:21 PM |
R13 what did Hanas think was going to happen, do you think? Oct 7 WASN’T retaliation. It was a provocation. Honestly, what do you think was their reason? Of course Israel was going to annihilate them.
I mean come on, there were over 200,000 upwards of half a million Iraqi deaths when we invaded. And America didn’t even have a reason. Yet we’re freedom fighters and Israelis are genocidal maniacs.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | June 4, 2025 10:27 PM |
Yes, the Israelis are genocidal maniacs. They are killing innocent Palestinians who have no control over Hamas.
Condemn and abandon Israel.

I find it absolutely mind blowing that liberals aren’t mentioning the October 7th attacks at all. It’s like Palestinians have carte blanche to commit whatever heinous acts they want and if their victims retaliate everyone feels sorry for the Palestinians anyway because they are entitled to do whatever they want. Liberals love Palestinians, because, why exactly? Because they’re so horrible to women and gays? Because their women look like donkeys? Because they’re murderous bloodthirsty Muslims? Because they destabilize every other Arab country they infiltrate?
by Anonymous | reply 18 | June 5, 2025 7:14 AM |
R9, Israel has claimed that Hamas has been stealing and hoarding aid, although U.S. officials have said that Israel has not provided proof for those claims. As it turns out, Netanyahu, without running this past his cabinet, has been giving weapons to a DIFFERENT group of Islamic terrorists in Gaza, adversaries of Hamas, and that group has been looting aid trucks. This will totally not blow up in Israel's face, will it?
by Anonymous | reply 20 | June 5, 2025 6:58 PM |
Yeah R20, arming your enemy's enemy is never the solution. A very bad move from Netanyahu and his military advisors.
But are you seriously so naive you don't believe Hamas are hoarding food? Based on your extensive knowledge of the last 2 years. You haven't seen any videos of Hamas gunmen on aid trucks, shootings at warehouses, punishment attacks for looting etc.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | June 5, 2025 7:05 PM |
R21, yes, for the past year and a half, at least, there have been numerous reports of gangs attacking aid trucks. Yes, Israel says that this is all Hamas’s doing. But other countries have not agreed that Hamas is systematically stealing aid. Gaza is full of rival gangs, other terrorist groups, and desperate people; anyone and everyone is stealing food.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | June 5, 2025 8:14 PM |
Hamas is playing the long game with the hostages, holding them to goad Israel into more and more extreme measures, which Hamas in turn uses to turn international opinion further against Israel.
Progressives are lapping it up. It’s chic now to hate Israel as a western imperial white colonizing entity.

Really R23? I don’t think there is much Mas left in Hamas. Their leaders get picked off as soon as they pop up like whac-a-mole. There is no long game left for them. They wanted to pull the rest of the Muslim world in on this. But the only people who actually fight for them are in the west.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | June 5, 2025 9:03 PM |
R24, no one is fighting for Hamas. There is no “war.” It’s just Israel leveling Gaza.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | June 5, 2025 9:11 PM |
Really R25?
Then why are Israeli soldiers still getting killed and why are there still hostages in Gaza tunnels?
by Anonymous | reply 26 | June 5, 2025 9:14 PM |
In deliberating these issues, I cannot but draw on my personal and professional background. I served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) for four years, a term that included the 1973 Yom Kippur War and postings in the West Bank, northern Sinai and Gaza, ending my service as an infantry company commander. During my time in Gaza, I saw first-hand the poverty and hopelessness of Palestinian refugees eking out a living in congested, decrepit neighbourhoods. Most vividly, I remember patrolling the shadeless, silent streets of the Egyptian town of ʿArīsh – which was then occupied by Israel – pierced by the gazes of the fearful, resentful population observing us from their shuttered windows. For the first time, I understood what it meant to occupy another people.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | June 5, 2025 9:15 PM |
What was the Yom Kippur war R27? Can you give a brief summary to explain?
by Anonymous | reply 28 | June 5, 2025 9:19 PM |
Of course, the Israeli public long ago became inured to the brutal occupation that has characterised the country for 57 out of the 76 years of its existence. But the scale of what is being perpetrated in Gaza right now by the IDF is as unprecedented as the complete indifference of most Israelis to what is being done in their name. In 1982, hundreds of thousands of Israelis protested against the massacre of the Palestinian population in the refugee camps Sabra and Shatila in western Beirut by Maronite Christian militias, facilitated by the IDF. Today, this kind of response is inconceivable. The way people’s eyes glaze over whenever one mentions the suffering of Palestinian civilians, and the deaths of thousands of children and women and elderly people, is deeply unsettling......

I have to laugh at the Zionists who appear in these threads defending the crazed depravity of this Israeli genocide and mass murder. "We're the good guys!"
by Anonymous | reply 30 | June 5, 2025 9:35 PM |

Correct, Israelis are not as bad as Hamas.
They're much much worse than Hamas. They're in a an ethnic supremacist death cult
by Anonymous | reply 32 | June 5, 2025 9:43 PM |
Hamas was funded by Israel as an antidote to the secular, left wing Palestinian Authority
In an interview with an Israeli journalist, Dan Margalit in December 2012, Netanyahu told Margalit that it was important to keep Hamas strong, as a counterweight to the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank. Netanyahu also added that having two strong rivals, this would lessen pressure on him to negotiate towards a Palestinian state. [34]
In an interview with Politico in 2023, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said that "In the last 15 years, Israel did everything to downgrade the Palestinian Authority and to boost Hamas." He continued saying "Gaza was on the brink of collapse because they had no resources, they had no money, and the PA refused to give Hamas any money. Bibi saved them. Bibi made a deal with Qatar and they started to move millions and millions of dollars to Gaza."[38] At a Likud party conference in 2019, Benjamin Netanyahu said:
"Anyone who wants to thwart the establishment of a Palestinian state has to support bolstering Hamas and transferring money to Hamas ... This is part of our strategy – to isolate the Palestinians in Gaza from the Palestinians in the West Bank."[39][40]

Gaza/Hamas "Palestinians"- all the same, are determined terrorists. It is a zero sum game for them and no solution other than "Death to Israel!" has ever, or will ever suffice. The ONLY way to snuff out every last terrorist is to eliminate them. Every last one. This is the "solution" Hamas/Gaza has CHOSEN FOR THEMSELVES and at some point they have communicated this to Israel.
This is their one true desire and frankly, we should let it play out. They will have no other way. I don't let it bother me for five minutes. Jihadist terrorists make their own trouble.

by Anonymous | reply 39 | June 6, 2025 1:45 AM |
Yes, Hamas is a terrorist organization. Yes, Oct 7 was a horrendous attack and a violent response to it was inevitable.
But Israel has lost the goodwill and support that they've had for decades and decades. If they are to retain any support in the future, they need to get rid of Netanyahu and the Israeli fascists responsible for this debacle. As a kid I wanted to be Jewish, I wanted to go and live and work on a kibbutz. Now it's all changed.

by Anonymous | reply 43 | June 6, 2025 6:17 AM |
Anyone on this thread defending Israel needs to take a long hard look at themselves. There is no “defending” going on - Israel is simply annihilating innocent people in pursuit of Greater Israel. Murderers all. Sadly its murderous influence infects the West which supports it to the hilt.
by Anonymous | reply 44 | June 6, 2025 8:25 AM |
R42, Oddly enough R42, I really think the rest of the muslim world IS thanking Israel. That is the part that is going unsaid. Are any of them even saying anything, sending any aid, lifting a hand to help? No... I think the Muslim countries that have money have really gotten a taste for it and have put aside all this jihadist shit and want to move forward with economic partnerships.
