Do you have a favorite K-drama?
Netflix is going all in with an ad campaign for South Korean programming. I’ve seen a few and I think “The Glory”, about a woman determined to get revenge on her high school bullies, and “The Kingdom”, about a zombie virus outbreak in 17th century Korea, were both really good.
Any more?

Sorry, but no one on DL is going to admit that they watch K-Dramas, even though they do.

They’re not all romances about a boss and his employee.

Kingdom is so good. It’s the Korean equivalent of Game of Thrones.
Their horror series are fun: - Hellbound and Gyeongseong Creature.

R10-that was a great movie. And surprisingly, a real tearjerker.
I’d tired of zombies long before “The Walking Dead” but “Busan” was pretty cool.

There was, I kid you not, a South Korean comedy series on Netflix last year about a woman who turns into a chicken nugget.
It was fittingly called “Chicken Nugget”.

Koreans blend in pathos, comedy/black comedy, romance, and action in their content.
