Jamón, Jamón was 33 years ago, R9. Why the disbelief? Javier Bardem was 24; Penélope Cruz was all of 18.

Both the actors have had some nose and face work and probably more, but like a lot of Spanish actors they look like older but entirely recognizable versions of their younger selves. They may toy with their appearance but they don't make the mistake of trying to erase all time.
