In the "real world" not everyone ages the same. When I was 49 I can remember seeing photos of people I went to high school with who looked 60+.

Not everyone looks like JLo or Brad Pitt...in fact, VERY few people look like them. There's a helluva lot more people in the world who look like Wilford Brimley or Jason Alexander.
