What a pos.
Is the vendetta against Harvard really just because they rejected Barron?
by Anonymous | reply 68 | May 29, 2025 8:08 PM |
No, because they accept Barak.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | May 27, 2025 2:57 PM |
I wonder if Trump himself applied back in the day and got rejected
And I think a lot of the hate against Harvard comes from jealousy and resentment from right-wingers who didn't get in
by Anonymous | reply 2 | May 27, 2025 3:01 PM |
No. It’s more serious. Universities stand in the way of the cult. Scientists and other scholars,, the media and the lawyers are impediments to fascist power so they must be destroyed. Trump will tell us what the truth is.
Harvard is the target now because it defied him.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | May 27, 2025 3:02 PM |
But if Barron HAD got in they'd be making their point at another university, R3.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | May 27, 2025 3:07 PM |
Why shud they be given all those billions? How can anyone think thats right?
by Anonymous | reply 5 | May 27, 2025 3:08 PM |
Yea R5! Researches is bad. It NOT fair! Harvard be meen and stukups snoobs!
by Anonymous | reply 6 | May 27, 2025 3:11 PM |
Yes, r5, let's give it to Musk, where it belongs!
by Anonymous | reply 7 | May 27, 2025 3:11 PM |
R5. I don’t. Know. You seem super bright. Maybe you have some ideas?
by Anonymous | reply 8 | May 27, 2025 3:11 PM |
Harvard represents the elite which rightly excludes Trump intellectually and socially. He loathes how that makes him feel, despite being a stable genius billionaire. Harvard's global reputation for excellence notwithstanding, Trump will do all possible as a short-fingered vulgarian to show power is better than excellence. Moreover - it sends all the right signals to his semi-literate Magats, convinced by Trump that the East Coast intelligentsia is a conspiracy to keep them from enjoying another January 6.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | May 27, 2025 3:49 PM |
Harvard of all the universities has the $$$ to outlast this and to endure, though they will be taking serious short term damage.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | May 27, 2025 3:57 PM |
Will it now be easier to get into Harvard without all that foreign competition?
by Anonymous | reply 11 | May 27, 2025 4:03 PM |
No idea how significant Barron’s issues are, but it’s pretty obvious that something is going on. They would not let him loose at an out of town school. Is there some evidence that he applied?
by Anonymous | reply 12 | May 27, 2025 4:24 PM |
Barron is on the spectrum and his condition is severe. Dump is selling a false narrative that Barron is engaged and keeps him connected to youthful podcasters and current trends.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | May 27, 2025 4:32 PM |
No way Barron was going to college anywhere outside the NYC area. He needs to be near his mommy.
The boy ain’t right!
by Anonymous | reply 14 | May 27, 2025 4:36 PM |
Were his NYU instructors and classmates "advised" to sign non-disclosure agreements?
by Anonymous | reply 15 | May 27, 2025 4:45 PM |
The Harvard story is being pushed by the evil Dump administration to distract from two things:
1.Putin just double humiliated Crump by calling him "emotional" and "tired" and by attacking Ukraine in a way that suggests he isn't open to Dump's pathetic "Art of the deal"
Direct arrow to the heart of both of the core delusions Cheeto holds about himself: That he's a great deal maker (OH MY SIDES) and that he's a tough non emotional alpha with boundless energy.
2. His brazen meme coin grift and the reporting that he ASKED for the 'gift " he got from Qatar. Also the coming Nippon steel scandal.
He's a forever cunt

by Anonymous | reply 20 | May 27, 2025 5:20 PM |
You don’t know Barron even applied to Harvard.
NYU is notorious (or at least used to be) for admitting under-qualified children of celebrities for the publicity. JFK Jr said he did not have to apply to get into the Law School.
Even if Barron is qualified for NYU, NYU is not the second choice of Harvard material. It’s at least one, maybe two steps down from Harvard-level.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | May 27, 2025 5:34 PM |
[quote] [R17]: No, but Ivanka's husband Whatsisname did.
Whatshisname's dad gave a huge donation to Harvard to get him in.

Dubya got an MBA from Harvard, so their standards aren't that high if you have $$$. Maybe they wanted Dump to pay up front for the retard's tuition--something he would never agree to because he never pays the agreed upon price.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | May 27, 2025 6:35 PM |
I notice the billionaire alums who have given the university millions have not weighed in on this situation much: not only Whatsisname's father, but also Bill Ackman, Ken Griffin, etc.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | May 27, 2025 6:37 PM |
It’s because they all couldn’t get in and they’re jealous.

Barron was born in March 2006 and Melania became a U.S. citizen in July of that year. He's not legal, and needs to pack for Slovenia.

R34 he would probably be happier there. Slovenians are a tall people.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | May 28, 2025 1:28 AM |
Are you serious r32? Barron graduated with honors?? 🙄🙄🙄
by Anonymous | reply 36 | May 28, 2025 1:32 AM |
Why hasn’t Trump gone after NYU? They have one of the largest number (and %) of foreign students of any college in the US.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | May 28, 2025 1:40 AM |
R36 No. R32 is blowing smoke up your ass. He graduated with nothing but a piece of parchment paper.

You morons can't see the scarf in the graduation picture at OP? He graduated with honors.

That’s a stole, not a scarf “moron.”
That does not signify honors “moron.”

T40 You actually think one can get into NYU without being in the top 10% of his class? Just stop. You are a nasty POS just like Barron's father. If you think he's special needs, which he isn't, why bully him? That's shit Dump does.

I know nobody reads it anymore, but Vanity Fair is normalizing Barron (also in the sense of making him sound and appear "normal") with this recent, ridiculous piece about his supposed 'enigma':
by Anonymous | reply 45 | May 28, 2025 2:53 AM |
He is going after Harvard because they are not bending the knee. They can ride out 4 years of sabotage. They have the endowment and prestige to.

Maybe not
by Anonymous | reply 48 | May 28, 2025 6:51 AM |
Harvard can’t just use its endowment, but it probably can find enough contributions to hobble along for four years. Or hopefully , two—until the Democrats can retake Congress. But the cost in ruined research and lost talent there and at other targets will be enormous. A self-inflicted wound on the USA all in service of the coup.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | May 28, 2025 1:20 PM |
Harvard has a BIG endowment, dare I say a YUGE endowment. Dump has a TINY endowment, dare I say THIN and MUSHROOMY and SMALL endowment.
Dump is trying to bring Harvard down to his size.
As with everything else he attempts that doesn't rely completely on the gullibility and stupidity of a significant number of American voters, he will fail.
and WHEN he fails, he will blame Biden/Obama/Clinton
by Anonymous | reply 50 | May 28, 2025 1:41 PM |
I would have thought Barron would have been attending one of the SUNY. ATCs, perhaps in Canton, noted for its Associates Degree in Mortuary Science. I doubt he got 5s on his APs.
by Anonymous | reply 51 | May 28, 2025 1:55 PM |
R5, again I’m stunned by the ignorance on this board. Those funds (grants) are competitive with all other universities. They are not “given”. Grant proposals for all manner of tech, climate, health etc research are submitted to govt agencies as well as private non profits. I was part of all this in my faculty appointments at two very well known universities. I also sit on the board of a private granting foundation focused on metabolic and artificial (intravenous) feeding. Writing grant proposals and receiving or winning the grant is a highly competitive process- as it should be. 75% of all effective cancer treatments have derived from NIH funding- some of it to Harvard.

The scientific war on cancer is a Democrat idea. Republicans know that cancer is God’s will and we shouldn’t spend taxpayer money to try to stop it.

Republicans ARE cancer. It’s self-preservation.
by Anonymous | reply 54 | May 28, 2025 2:43 PM |
R53 The “War on Cancer” so named began under Richard Nixon in 1971.
Republicans, for the most part, were not yet insane and thought saving lives was a good idea back then.

Barron is a genius. Just listen to his parents:
[quote]"I'm very proud of him about his knowledge, even about politics and giving an advice to his father," Melania said during a December appearance on Fox & Friends. "He knows his generation—because nowadays the young generation, they don’t sit in front of TV anymore. They’re all on the tablets. They’re on the phones."
[quote]In March, Trump also detailed his son’s tech skills. "I turn off his laptop," he told Fox News host Laura Ingraham, "and I go back about five minutes later, he’s got his laptop. I say, 'How do you do that?'" "'None of your business, dad,'" Trump recalled of his son’s response, adding that Barron has "an unbelievable aptitude in technology."

[quote]Almost 30 years in the United States (she arrived in 1996) and this is her level of English.
To be fair, her current life-partner isn't the best role-model for intelligent articulation. In some ways she's deferring to his word-salads - like a wife who drinks, to normalise in her head an alcoholic husband.
by Anonymous | reply 61 | May 29, 2025 3:12 PM |
Yeah, but she didn't live in complete isolation. If she'd had American friends, read English-language books and newspapers (even just fashion magazines), watched English-language TV and movies, been to the theater every so often, listened to the radio, read celebrity interviews, children's books... anything, her English skills (vocabulary, syntax, and grammar) would be better. Her level of English is that of a completely incurious person. I guess we knew that already, but her accent is also as strong as someone who has never left Slovenia.

I know many, many of the big, beautiful words and for the peoples who don't fluent in English, R66.
"El dinero está en la cómoda, estúpida perra".
"L'argent est sur la commode, sale pute".
"I soldi sono sul comò, stupida stronza."
As you say in the Americas, a little knowledge go a long the wayside.

Allison Burroughs, the judge targeted by Trump who has Harvard’s future in her hands
The magistrate who ordered the precautionary suspension of the ban on foreign students had already ruled in favor of the university in 2019 in a case on positive discrimination in the admissions system
