How much do you weigh in 2025

Step on the scale.

by Anonymousreply 47October 12, 2025 5:56 PM

I’m 5’7 and about 150-155. I haven’t been on the scale in a while.

by Anonymousreply 1May 26, 2025 4:28 AM

I'm 6'2 - I hit 248 during COVID, I'm now 203.

by Anonymousreply 2May 26, 2025 4:30 AM

I fluctuate between a size 6 and a size 8!

by Anonymousreply 3May 26, 2025 4:30 AM

No words....

by Anonymousreply 4May 26, 2025 4:32 AM

Kg or lb OP?

by Anonymousreply 5May 26, 2025 5:48 AM

I'm 6'1 1/2 (used to be 6'2") and weighed 187 lbs when I weighed myself about a month ago. I am technically in the normal range, but I'm actually a bit chubby. I don't exercise and have too much fat/not enough muscle. My "normal" weight was always about 177, but I'm 64 years old and things have changed and not for the better.

by Anonymousreply 6May 26, 2025 6:08 AM

I'm also 6'1" and 187 as of this morning. (I'm 56)

I want to get down to around 175 while holding onto all the muscle I've managed to build up over the past few years at the gym

by Anonymousreply 7May 26, 2025 6:26 AM

What, no Vivian Vance?

5’8” and low 160s at 36. Love salty food and alcohol but run quite a bit.

by Anonymousreply 9May 26, 2025 6:39 AM

R9 is a fat drunk who runs to the bathroom continuously.

by Anonymousreply 10May 26, 2025 6:54 AM

Given the demographic here, not surprising most are tubs,

by Anonymousreply 11May 26, 2025 6:56 AM

Again 6'1" and mid 180s. 66 years old.

by Anonymousreply 12May 26, 2025 8:56 AM

All of the above.

by Anonymousreply 13May 26, 2025 10:36 AM

258, but on 7/1/2024 I was 356. No medication or surgery. Trying to get to 180 (I'm 72 and 5'9"). A1C dropped from 7.3 to 5.2. No longer on two blood pressure medications.

by Anonymousreply 14May 26, 2025 3:17 PM

what weighing scale do you guys use? anyone use those pods that measures your body fat, muscle etc? is it accurate?

by Anonymousreply 15October 11, 2025 10:09 PM

200-250 is a massive spread. It's basically average build to obese.

by Anonymousreply 16October 11, 2025 10:23 PM

If I was fashionably slim I wouldn't be on DL, I'd be too busy being LOVED.

by Anonymousreply 17October 11, 2025 10:23 PM

5'8" and 142 lbs. I'm a tennis queen. If I didn't have that I'd weigh 200 lbs.

by Anonymousreply 18October 11, 2025 10:24 PM

I'm a almost 72 year old female who weighs about 115 and is 5'4". I actually lost some weight this year which bothered me as I wasn't trying. My weight seems to have stabilized. If I was a young person I would be thrilled to lose weight, but not at my age now.

by Anonymousreply 19October 11, 2025 10:30 PM

A badly formatted poll considering this site is populated by mostly adult men of a certain age.

Why the fuck have so many low ranges and then a "200 to 249" spread? WAAAAAY more adult men would be in a "200 to 219" spread than "100 to 119".

by Anonymousreply 20October 11, 2025 10:38 PM

I am 165 pounds. I lost 55 pounds over the course of about 18 months, and have kept it off about 4 years now. At age 65 I am able to do so many things so much easier that I struggled with 10 years ago.

by Anonymousreply 21October 11, 2025 10:39 PM

I am 252 but look 188

by Anonymousreply 22October 11, 2025 10:40 PM

I reached 300 lbs. once. Now I am 176 lbs. I’m 5’11”. It took me several years to drop that weight. I am still losing some gradually.

by Anonymousreply 23October 11, 2025 10:45 PM

82kg 180cm

by Anonymousreply 24October 11, 2025 10:48 PM

bitch, I am fat enough that numbers don't really matter anymore. I can lose. 40 pounds and no one will be able to tell. or gain!

by Anonymousreply 25October 11, 2025 10:52 PM

Who indicated they are 100 lbs. or under? Are young kids on DL?

by Anonymousreply 26October 11, 2025 10:53 PM

manorexics

by Anonymousreply 27October 11, 2025 10:53 PM

I'm below 600 lbs now, OP.

by Anonymousreply 28October 11, 2025 10:59 PM

I stay petite because so many gentleman callers partake of my poosie. That expends a lot of energy and I see it as vigorous exercise. My gentleman callers never leave unfulfilled.

by Anonymousreply 29October 11, 2025 11:00 PM

Probably short skinny men

by Anonymousreply 30October 11, 2025 11:00 PM

Do you want my weight with or without the muumuu?

by Anonymousreply 31October 11, 2025 11:09 PM

I don't go buy weight anymore - I measure my body fat, which is a little over 15%. That's all I need to know in terms of how fit I am. I workout quite a bit with weights and muscle weighs more than fat. So I'm fine. But my BMI says I'm overweight - which isn't true.

Meanwhile, my ex was 6 ft and 159 - but with the muscle tone of a plucked chicken.

So weight isn't everything.

by Anonymousreply 32October 11, 2025 11:21 PM

R32, what do you use to measure?

by Anonymousreply 33October 11, 2025 11:35 PM

I’m hanging my head in shame.

by Anonymousreply 34October 11, 2025 11:46 PM

5’11 and got down to 145 Ibs and a 29 inch waist this year. Actually the leanest I’ve been in my life. A Dexascan said I was at 17% body fat- which considering I’m middle aged now is pretty good - I suppose but - I really wanted to get down to 12-ish% body fat.

Sorry if this comes off as boasting or pretentious. However I’ve learned how to be very calculated and planned out regarding nutrition and training. I plan to continue getting Dexascans every once in a while to monitor my body composition trends. I hope to optimize lean muscle mass to fat ratios as much as I can as I continually get older.

by Anonymousreply 36October 12, 2025 12:01 AM

It was recently pointed out that among Mexicans “torta” is a slang term for fat Mexican woman.

I’m actually 100% blue-eyed anglo and one of the skinniest Dataloungers. 6 ft 3 and 165 lbs.

by Anonymousreply 37October 12, 2025 12:07 AM

Update: Down to 232. My steady weight loss was temporarily derailed by a six-day cruise. But I'm back on track.

by Anonymousreply 38October 12, 2025 12:18 AM

71kg (157lbs.)

178cm (5'10")

65 years

by Anonymousreply 39October 12, 2025 12:32 AM

6'2", 208.

Not a lot of fat on me, but I am rather thick.

by Anonymousreply 40October 12, 2025 12:37 AM

I don’t understand the question, and I refuse to answer it.

by Anonymousreply 41October 12, 2025 12:46 AM

70 kg which I think is around 155 lbs at 172 cm which is around 5'8 in American. Also 29 in waist. Cycling and swimming every day I can plus hiking when the opportunity arises helps, as does being mostly vegetarian

by Anonymousreply 42October 12, 2025 5:23 AM

Eldergays, at what age did your appetite starting decreasing and you started sharing the Denny's special?

by Anonymousreply 43October 12, 2025 3:54 PM

I'm 700 pounds but my friends all tell me I could pass for a very svelte 165.

by Anonymousreply 44October 12, 2025 4:42 PM

5’7” and 165-170. Could be less, but almost 20 years ago I was 100 pounds more, so I’ve won enough battles.

by Anonymousreply 45October 12, 2025 5:45 PM

Any of you assholes claiming to be less than 200 lbs are lying sacks of dogshit

by Anonymousreply 46October 12, 2025 5:55 PM

6’, 162 lbs. 68-year old man.
