Sniffies all year ‘round.

I usually take Flonase and may add Zyrtec if needed.. This year my allergies are so bad bad neither med is helping much, even with nasal saline flushes.

None. It gets pretty bad but I live with it, and the worst is usually only a day or two.

When I get itch, I take the Vitamin D.

Zyrtec, but it doesn’t ways work. I have allergies almost every day because I am allergic to pollen and dust, I live in a place where plants bloom year round and there are strawberry fields across the street which kicks up dust. The only times my allergies aren’t there is when it rains.

I use a prescription antihistamine, Clarinex (desloratidine). It's one of the only ones available that doesn't put me right to sleep.

The sneezing, snuffles, itching are enough of a problem this year so that I'm going through allergy testing next week.

The thing about the allergy meds is they work best when you take them for the season (not just on a “bad day”), although Flonase can be added as needed. I would take a look at your home. Close windows, run your furnace fan to circulate and filter air, get a stand-alone air purifier, particularly for your bedroom and keep the house clean. Wash your bedsheets weekly, etc.
